This stunningly beautiful three piece set placed second at the 2011 Gallup Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial. The pieces were produced by Teme silversmith Jerry Cowboy. The pieces are made with sterling silver and red coral beads and cabochons.All pieces are stamped sterling & J Cowboy. The squash blossom style necklace is made with sterling silver and red coral beads and cabochons. The necklace pieces are comprised of 6 equally sized discs and and one slightly larger disc. The edges of the discs are scalloped and have cresent shaped bump outs and silver bead droplets. The Zia insignia features a three spoke wheel overlayed on top of textured silver. The two finishes comprise quite the contrast. The pieces are strung on 9mm sterling silver beads and 6mm coral bead stand.The earrings are produced in similar manor and dangle on posts. The red coral row bracelet features five red coral cabochons. the bezel has serated teeth. The edges are scalloped and feature cresent shaped bump outs as well as silver bead droplets. The bracelet is also textured . The inside of the bracelet features some impressive intricate stamp work.
